Phase 1: Fetch mailbox from Lotus Notes
- Open the Lotus Notes application >> Click on the Mail tab to open the all mail section.
- Click on the File and choose the Export option.
- Select the destination to save the Lotus Notes data in CSV file format.
- Choose CSV or Comma Separated Value option from the Save as type.
- Click on the Save button after typing a file name.
Phase 2: Add email from Lotus Notes to Outlook
Import the Lotus Notes CSV data to Outlook using the Import-export tool.
- Open the Outlook application >> Now, go to the File menu
- Select the Open & Export option then click on the Import/Export.
- Select “Comma Separated Values (CSV)” and click on the Next button.
- Browse the button to add the CSV file >> Exclude the Duplicate Items and click on the Next button.
- Choose the folder that you want to add to Outlook
Phase 3: Export PST file from Outlook
- Open MS Outlook >> File tab >> Select Import-Export Tool.
- Select “Export to a file” then press on the Next button.
- Choose “personal storage file (.pst)” and click on the Next.
- Select your Lotus Notes CSV file folder and enable “include subfolder” then press the Next button.
- Save the destination in the local system then click on the finish button.
