- Right-click on your OLM mailbox to copy that you want to move.
- Paste in configured Gmail folder in Outlook.
- Wait till uploading, and refresh your Outlook profile.
3: Open the same Gmail account in Windows for Outlook.
- Open Outlook application, go to the File tab >> Info >> + Add Account.
- Choose Manual setup or additional server types >> Next >> POP or IMAP Next.
- When adding Gmail to Outlook for Mac, fill out the form with the same confidential details.
- Click on the Finish button and move on to the next step.
4: Copied database in Gmail account now paste in Outlook for window
- Now copy all the email messages into the Gmail folder.
- And Paste it into the Outlook email folder where you receive all OLM databases.
