In addition to increasing morale, flexible working hours have other benefits, including boosting overall job satisfaction and reducing the risk of burnout. If you want to lure employees back into the office, try offering flexible working schedules; these benefits benefit both employers and employees.

Provide Snacks and Drinks

It’s easy for employees to get tired during the day when they have to be at work for hours each day. It’s also easy for them to start skipping meals or forgetting about eating altogether when they’re working hard all day long without any breaks or time off from their jobs.

Providing snacks and drinks can help improve employee morale and productivity. Get a snack vending machine and automatic commercial coffee machines for your workers.
